Portrait My previous experience as a recovery worker, was in a substance misuse service for several years. I have experience working with both young people and adults with mental health issues and abuse. I have been counselling for the past four years and I am a registered member with British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) United Kingdom Counselling & Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Association of Christian Counselling (ACC).

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, and Psychotherapy Trauma Training. As a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I value and accept others unique humanity in a non-judgmental and respectful way. I endeavour to offer a safe- haven for the person being seen, to be heard and to explore their experiences and feelings.

I work with individual adults and couples with relational and marriage issues. I am experienced in working with adults who attend counselling for anxiety, anger, abuse, attachment, bereavement, depression, dissociation, eating disorders, fear, fragmentation, grieving, health related issues, loss, low self-esteem, mental and physical illness, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationships, spirituality, self-harm, substance dependency, spirituality, stress and trauma issues.
